<p dir="auto">From Saturday, September 13, through Monday, September 15, traffic around Museum Campus will be affected by events in the area. Please allow extra time and consider taking public transportation. Parking may be limited and rates are subject to event pricing.</p>

Gala early closure

<p>On Saturday, October 18, the Museum will close early at 3pm, with last admission at 2pm, in preparation for a special event.</p>


Bears Game 9/8/25

<p>Soldier Field is hosting a Chicago Bears game on Monday, September 8 at 7:15pm. <a href="https://www.fieldmuseum.org/directions-parking">Parking</a> will be limited. Please allow extra time when traveling to the Museum Campus, and consider taking public transportation.</p>


Staff Wellness Closure 2025

<p dir="auto">The Field Museum will be closed on Thursday, October 9, 2025 for a Staff Wellness Day. We are encouraging our staff to take the time to focus on their own well-being with activities that refresh and rejuvenate them.</p>

<p dir="auto">The Museum will re-open to the public for regular hours on October 10.</p>
