Christmas eve 2025--early closure

The Field Museum will close early on Wednesday, December 24 at 3pm (last entry at 2pm). The Museum will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and will reopen on Friday, December 26 with regular hours from 9am-5pm (last entry at 4pm).

Bears Game 12/14/2025

Soldier Field is hosting a Chicago Bears game on Sunday, December 14 at 12:00pm.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.fieldmuseum.org/directions-parking">Parking</a>&nbsp;will not be available at Soldier Field, and there will be increased traffic around the museum. Public transportation is highly recommended. Parking is available off Museum Campus at McCormick Place or Millenium Park garages.

Thanksgiving closure 2025

The Museum will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 27. We will re-open Friday, November 28 at 9am.
